A memorable and relaxing stay.
It was a great experience. Customer service was ON POINT! They were very attentive and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and they checked in on us everyday even though we didn't want the room cleaned again. They provided lots of water and also were very nice and said hello. They definitely get a 10 out of 10 for customer service.
I would have loved to see a little more around the area. There isn't much around the area for shopping or sight seeing. It is quite a bit away from other things but the location itself is lovely. A gift shop to pick up small items would have been nice. Also, the dinner option was not great. The wait time for dinner was LONG. It would have been better to have a buffet with options for everyone THEN do the main course option on top of that. Which gives people an option to have a light meal and/or a main course. It just seemed like we were waiting A LONG time each night for a meal and with kids, that can be very tedious.
